After wasting my time going through the video, I still get the reason why they want to do away with email. If the reason is because there are large amounts of data, then its a very lame reason too do so. Because you dont have any other tool to handle large amounts of data. They might want to reduce email usage and keep it for higher shelf life messaging, and push routine alerts to short format messaging systems like sms etc. But I am unable to understand their reason for doing away with mail. Either that or maybe I havent understood the point they are trying to make. And pls change the heading, it doesnt match the content of this video. Thats not the point of the whole discussion.
